Please read these conditions carefully before purchasing from us. By purchasing from us you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future service you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to that service.

General Assistance Policy

We aim to resolve your query as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will respond to any enquiries to your orders within 2 hours, although during busy periods such as Bank Holidays, the time may extend, but it should never exceed 1 business day.

All prices and amounts are quoted in GBP (Great Britain Pounds - Sterling).

Payment can be made either via paypal (friends and family) or bank transfer.  Full payment must be made in order to purchase a pre-built or custom ordered computer.

Support and warranty

Our comprehensive 1 Year warranty includes labour and parts cover, fault finding and repair over a 1 year period.

Any incorrect / damage to goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and returned to us in the exact same packaging.

Return postage costs for faulty items are covered by the customer.

All returned items are tested by the products’ manufacturer technicians. Any item found to be not faulty will be subject to a per hour charge of £10.50, there is a day rate charge if this is over an 8 hour period.

* Exclusions to cover:

Software issues or faults caused by accidental damage, through virus or malware infection due to the mis use of the internet (torrent sites, bitcoin sites, file sharing or pirated software.

PC repairs/modifications not performed by us.  We will void the warranty.

This includes and is not limited to overclocking of the computer components.

Adding internal components will void the warranty.

Removal or damage to the warranty sticker will void the warranty.

Damage incurred due to poor packaging when an item is returned to us is not covered. We strongly recommend customers keep the original packaging to prevent damage upon return.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

We use various different couriers to arrange deliveries for our customers, and this is dependant on items, weight and values.

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be dispatched. Estimated dispatch dates are based on several factors, including your destination address and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for dispatch.

A setup service is available for a fee of £30 whereby we will deliver your PC within a 30 mile radius of our base of operations (Llanelli) and perform setup with you.  (This is unavailable during the Pandemic)

Your conduct

You must not use this page for any of the following:

• for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity
• to send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right or is otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any " spam"
• to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety
