Some of our gaming computers are built to order and there may be a slight delay to the delivery time of your computer.  In the event that we do not deliver on time we will refund you your delivery charge for the computer.

We use different couriers for our delivery services that depend on the value of the products ordered.

Tracking services will require an email address and a mobile telephone number in order to receive tracking details and updates.  If we do not have them when you order we will contact you.
